Sun City, Arizona has lead the way in senior fitness since it opened in 1960.  It offers education and senior exercise whatever your age.  Exercise and aging have gone hand in hand throughout time.  Fitness education is just recently caught on and Sun City is once again at the forefront. Seven fitness centers have always been available however in the past few years two of the fitness centers have been totally rebuilt and expanded and more remodeling is on the way.

Cardiac equipment like elliptical machines, treadmills, stair steppers, stair climbers and rowing machines are located at each center.

Personal trainers are also available to get you on the right path to fitness and health.  Fitness is for everyone.  Boomers and the elderly all benefit from exercise.

Sun City has over 120 residents over 100 years of age and they didn't get that age by sitting in front of the television.  Exercise for seniors, seniors health, fitness and exercise, call it what you will; it's part of the fabric of Sun City, Arizona.
